A count per property: how many sheets, how much paper, what was used and what to restock. Counted once, updated with every movement.
In Spanish, with the names your team already uses. Cleaners install nothing.
We show it on your own properties. No pitch deck.
We first used it with a manager who was already a customer. Not a feature we shipped to see what happens.
Nobody steals a whole closet. A towel leaves with each checkout, a roll with each clean, and a year later thirty pieces are missing and nobody knows when.
Nobody knows what is there, so you buy “just in case.” Spend goes up and the closet fills with what you already had.
A house without paper or clean towels at 11pm. You solve it with an emergency run and a four-star review.
It exists, on one person’s computer, last updated in March. In practice it does not exist.
You replaced bulbs, batteries and linens, but without a record there is nothing to put on the monthly statement.
The hard work is the first count, and we do that with you.
We add products with photos and mark which are consumable. You check the names.
One pass per house. It is stored as that property’s location.
Eight towels per unit, two bleaches minimum, restock to four. Per property, not global.
Purchases in, consumption, transfers between houses, status changes when something stains or breaks.
If this adds work, it is implemented wrong.
Not a number someone edits. A history: who moved what, when, from which location, in what condition.
If we book a call, you open it on your houses. Not a roadmap.
One pass leaves that house’s inventory, with its own location.
Set the floor and the restock-to, per product and per property.
Central warehouse, in transit, or the property itself.
In, out, transfer, consume, status change — with quantity, condition, date and notes.
Legal name, contact, phone and email, tied to the product they sell you.
Group products however you work: by room, type, or who supplies them.
So whoever restocks buys exactly the same thing.
Counting is not correcting. Products, locations, stock and movements have separate rights.
Owner report templates include an inventory-usage section.
What they ask us before the demo. If something's missing, WhatsApp us.
Control of everything a property needs to receive guests: linens, cleaning supplies, courtesy consumables, bulbs, batteries and utensils. Unlike a traditional warehouse it is split across houses, consumed on each clean, and must be restocked before the next arrival. In Upbridge each property has its own count, with a minimum and a restock level per product.
Yes. After each stay, stock goes down on the products you configured. You can also record movements by hand. The owner report can include usage for the period.
Yes. In the app, by email and by WhatsApp, when you cross that product’s minimum in that house.
Yes. Import iCal or connect Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or Uplisting. That updates the calendar here and, after each stay, the inventory you configured (auto-consume rules, not a barcode on the list). We are not a PMS. We do not export iCal.
No. Upbridge opens in the phone browser with a link, and the whole interface is in Spanish. It is the same app where they follow the cleaning list and upload photos.
We load the catalogue: products with photos, consumable vs durable, and supplier. Your part is the first physical count of each property. The largest we have loaded was 219 products.
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons to start. Each product has a cost and a supplier, each consumption is dated and tied to a property, and report templates include an inventory-usage section.
It works, though the pain is clearer from five or six. With two houses you usually remember; with six you do not. If you are growing, counting early is cheaper.
They are good tools and larger than us. Two honest differences: Upbridge is Spanish of Mexico end to end, including the app the cleaner uses, and we load your catalogue with you instead of leaving an empty screen.
We open an account, add two or three of your products and count a house. You leave knowing if this helps, without having bought anything.
Catalogue onboarding is done by hand, with your team. That is why we take few new operations a month; if we are full, we say so on the call instead of adding you and disappearing.
Start with the property that gives you the most trouble. If the count surprises you, you already know where to go next.
No contract · we show it on your properties · in Spanish
Counting only works if someone confirms the towels went back in the drawer. Photo checklists are included now, same as inventory.
