What is Upbridge?

Operations software for short-term rentals in Mexico: cleaning checklists with photo reports, digital guest guides, and per-property inventory. Built in Spanish. For hosts, property managers, and cleaning companies that clean for many owners. Not for the guest.

Is it free?

Yes. Verified checklists, guest guides, and inventory: the whole product, right now. 12 months free for 10 operators (6 are in, 4 left). No card. Checklists will not stay free forever; guest guides will. In exchange: feedback, intros to other managers, and a short video we can use.

Does inventory deduct when a clean is completed?

Yes. After each stay, stock goes down on the products you configured. You can also record movements by hand.

Does it connect to my PMS?

Yes. Import iCal or connect Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or Uplisting. That updates the calendar here and what hangs off each stay: the checkout task, inventory after. We do not replace the PMS. We do not export iCal.

Does the guest pay inside the guidebook?

Yes. They request the extra in the guide, pay on an Upbridge page, and we coordinate all of it. We do not charge for the night.

Can I see it before I create an account?
