How it connects

With a PMS or without one

You use Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or Uplisting

You keep your PMS. You connect your account and we read each property’s calendar.

You don’t use a PMS

You connect the iCal link of each listing on Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo. If a property is on two platforms, both calendars get connected.

Calendars by iCal

If you don’t use a PMS, your listing’s calendar is enough.

Your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo listing calendar has an option to export it as a link. That link is called an iCal link. Send it to us and that property’s calendar in Upbridge updates automatically.

It works with any listing that gives you an iCal link, even if the platform isn’t on the list above.

How a booking gets to the cleaner.

In a lot of operations someone checks every calendar and, the day before, tells each person on WhatsApp which property is theirs. With the calendar connected, Cleo sends that message.

1 The booking reaches the calendar

Your PMS or the iCal link updates each property’s calendar in Upbridge. You keep handling bookings where you always have.

2 The checkout creates the clean

Each checkout can create the cleaning task with its checklist. If you want an inspection before the next guest checks in, you can schedule that too.

3 Cleo tells the cleaner

The task is assigned to someone on your team and Cleo sends it to them on WhatsApp.

4 The inventory goes down

When the clean is closed, that property’s inventory goes down by what was used, like toilet paper or shampoo. That happens for the products you set up.

What Upbridge reads from your PMS

  • Each property’s calendar, with its check-ins and checkouts.
  • We use it to create the cleans and the inspections, and to take the inventory down after each stay.

What stays in your PMS

  • Your bookings, prices, channels and guest messages.
  • Upbridge reads the calendar and writes nothing back, so everything in your PMS stays as you left it.
How do I connect my PMS?

When we set up your account, we load your properties and connect the calendar with you.

If you’d rather do it yourself, go to Settings and then Integrations in Upbridge. There you pick Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or Uplisting.

What if my PMS isn’t on the list?

If your PMS gives you an iCal link for each property, that works, the same as with Airbnb.

In the integrations list, the ones marked “Coming soon” have a button to ask David on WhatsApp. We’re adding more PMSs, so if yours isn’t there, ask him too.
