How it connects, step by step
- 001Open the profile
In Upbridge, go to Equipo (team), pick the person and click «Editar» (edit).
- 002Go to calendar sync
«Sincronización de calendario» is one of the profile tabs, next to «Info del miembro» and «Habilidades».
- 003Click Conectar
Google asks for an account, and that person’s own Google account is the one used.
What the connection doesn’t do yet
- The connection is per profile, so each person connects their own Google account.
- Task notices still go out on WhatsApp, even when the person connects Google Calendar.

Tasks come from each property’s calendar, which connects from your PMS or by iCal.
