What moves between Airbnb and Upbridge
From the iCal link, Upbridge reads each listing’s check-in and checkout dates.
- Each listing’s calendar→ In
That property’s check-ins and checkouts land in the Upbridge calendar.
- Your listing and pricesStays
You change them in Airbnb, as today.
- Guest messagesStays
You keep answering guests from Airbnb.

Guest payments don’t go through Upbridge.
How to get the iCal link for your listing
- Go to Calendar and pick the listing for the property you want to connect.
- Inside that listing’s calendar, click Availability.
- Under “Connect calendars”, click “Connect to another website”.
- Copy the link Airbnb shows you and send it to David on WhatsApp. We connect it to that property in Upbridge.
Airbnb’s help gives these steps for a computer, and they’re the same for every listing.
What Cleo does with the calendar

What the connection doesn’t do yet
- Airbnb decides how often its iCal link refreshes.
- Upbridge reads the calendar and writes nothing to Airbnb, so your listing, prices and guest messages stay there.
- The link is private to your account, which is why you have to send it to us. If it ever stops working, that property’s calendar in Upbridge shows “Error” and you send us a new one.

Airbnb and Upbridge
Do I need a link for each property?
Yes. In Airbnb each listing has its own calendar, so you get the link listing by listing and each one connects to its property in Upbridge. If you have a lot of properties, send the links to David and we connect them.
What if the property is also on Booking.com or Vrbo?
You connect each platform’s calendar to the same property, and their checkouts land in the same Upbridge calendar. If you only connect Airbnb, a booking that comes in through Booking.com or Vrbo doesn’t show up in Upbridge and nobody gets that clean.
