What moves between Hostfully and Upbridge
From the iCal link, Upbridge reads each property’s check-in and checkout dates.

How to get a property’s iCal link in Hostfully
- Open the drop-down next to your agency name and go to “Calendar tools”.
- On the “Calendar Export” tab, pick the property you want to connect.
- Tick “Third-party leads”. Without it the link only carries your direct and manual bookings, and the Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo ones are missing.
- Copy the iCal link and send it to David on WhatsApp. We connect it to that property in Upbridge.

Why don’t my Airbnb bookings show up?
Most likely the link was made without the “Third-party leads” box. Without it, Hostfully only puts direct and manual bookings in the iCal. Make the link again with the box ticked and send it to David.
