Hostfully is a PMS, and its digital guidebooks are a paid add-on on top. Keep the PMS and import its iCal: the calendar here updates, and with it the tasks and inventory for each stay.
Which one should I pick, Upbridge or Hostfully?
Hostfully is a PMS with channels, a booking calendar and pricing, and we don't offer any of that. If you already use it, adding Upbridge makes more sense than switching. You import its iCal, each checkout creates its task, and Cleo, our AI operations assistant, sends it to your cleaner on WhatsApp and keeps the inventory. We build the guest guide for you at no extra charge, unlike Hostfully's paid add-on.

Can I leave Hostfully for Upbridge?

Do you have AI?
Yes, and it lives on WhatsApp. You write to it the way you write to anyone on your team: it reads your team’s WhatsApp chats, builds the tasks and assigns them. If you want to know how a house is doing, you ask it and it answers.
Do you export iCal?
No. Import from the PMS. That is enough to keep this calendar and the ops in sync.
