How to copy a property’s iCal link in Hospitable
- Sign in to Hospitable and go to “Properties”.
- Click the property’s name and scroll down to the “Export calendar” section.
- Click “Copy iCal link” and send the link to David on WhatsApp. We connect it to that property in Upbridge.
What Cleo does with the calendar

When a guest checks out, that property’s clean is created with its checklist.

What the connection doesn’t do yet
- With Hospitable, Upbridge reads each property’s iCal link and never logs in to your account. The direct connections are Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify and Uplisting.
- Hospitable decides how often its iCal link refreshes.
- Upbridge reads the calendar and writes nothing back to Hospitable, so your prices, channels and guest messages stay there.
- If you use “Revoke calendar access” in Hospitable, the old link stops working and that property’s calendar in Upbridge shows “Error”. Send us the new link and we swap it.
