What moves between Smoobu and Upbridge
From the iCal link, Upbridge reads each property’s check-in and checkout dates.

Check-ins and checkouts land in the Upbridge calendar.

Guest payments don’t go through Upbridge.
How to get a property’s iCal link in Smoobu
- Go to “Configuration”, then “Properties”.
- Open the property you want to connect to edit it.
- Copy its iCal export link and send it to David on WhatsApp. We connect it to that property in Upbridge.
Smoobu says to treat this link like a password. If you regenerate it with “Regenerate iCal URL”, the old one stops working at once and you need to send us the new one.
What Cleo does with the calendar

What the connection doesn’t do yet
- With Smoobu, Upbridge reads each property’s iCal link and never logs in to your account. The direct connections are Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify and Uplisting.
- Smoobu decides how often its iCal link refreshes.
- Upbridge reads the calendar and writes nothing back to Smoobu, so your prices, channels and guest messages stay there.

Do I have to stop using Smoobu?
No need. Smoobu keeps your bookings, channels and guest messages, and Upbridge reads its calendar to set up the cleans.
Do I need a link for each property?
Yes. In Smoobu each property has its own link, and each one connects to its property in Upbridge. If you have a lot of properties, send the links to David and we connect them.
