What moves between OwnerRez and Upbridge
From the iCal link, Upbridge reads each property’s check-in and checkout dates.

How to create a property’s iCal link in OwnerRez
- Go to “Properties” and pick the property you want to connect.
- Open “Calendars”, then the “Calendar Export” tab, and under “Custom iCal Links” click “+ Export Calendar”.
- Give it a name, for example Upbridge, and save.
- Copy the link and send it to David on WhatsApp. We connect it to that property in Upbridge.
OwnerRez recommends a separate link for each third party, because you can delete it whenever you like, and the property’s standard link can’t be revoked.
What Cleo does with the calendar

When a guest checks out, that property’s clean is created with its checklist.

What the connection doesn’t do yet
- With OwnerRez, Upbridge reads each property’s iCal link and never logs in to your account. The direct connections are Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify and Uplisting.
- OwnerRez decides how often its iCal link refreshes.
- Upbridge reads the calendar and writes nothing back to OwnerRez, so your prices, channels and guest messages stay there.

Yes. In OwnerRez each property has its own link, and each one connects to its property in Upbridge. If you have a lot of properties, send the links to David and we connect them.
