Operto is bigger and sells three products: one for cleaning and inventory, one for locks and one for the guest. Upbridge takes care of the house in Mexico, with photo checklists, inventory per house, guides and the calendar you import by iCal.
Which one should I pick, Upbridge or Operto?
Operto sells locks and mobile keys, and if that's what you want, it's the better fit, because we don't sell them. Its Teams product also covers cleaning, inventory and maintenance. If you operate in Mexico and want your team to work in Spanish and on WhatsApp, Upbridge is built for that. The door code goes in the guide, your cleaner follows a photo checklist, inventory goes down on its own and Cleo, our AI operations assistant, hands out the work.

Does Upbridge replace Operto?
It depends on what you use it for. If you want mobile keys, no, because we do not sell locks. If you use it to run the house, yes: house ready, towels, the guest guide, check-in with ID verification and Cleo, our AI operations assistant, on WhatsApp, all in Mexican Spanish.
Does it use AI?
Yes, and it lives on WhatsApp. You message it the way you’d message anyone on your team, and it reads your team’s chats, turns them into tasks and assigns each one to the right person. If you want to know whether a place is ready, just ask it and it’ll tell you. It never messages your guests.
Do you import the Airbnb calendar?
Yes. Connect Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or Uplisting, or import iCal. That updates the calendar here and the ops that hang off each stay. We are not a PMS.
